Our History

Established on February 13, 1991, Abibo & Co. is a dynamic and modern law firm interested in commercial practice, downstream litigation, appellate practice, and alternative modes of dispute settlement, particularly arbitration and mediation. With its principal offices in the Garden City of Port Harcourt, a sprawling commercial city in the heartland of the Niger Delta, and Abuja, the nation’s capital, the firm has a deep interest in the legal solutions to the emerging issues and thought-provoking legal questions in these areas to serve the regulatory and transactional demands of our clients and the public.
