Monday. O. Dayi Esq. Studied law at the enviable Delta State University Oleh Campus in 1997. He graduated in the year 2003 with Second Class Hons. (Lower Division). He thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and after successfully completing his course of study with second class Hons. (Lower Division), he was triumphantly called to the Nigerian Bar in October 2004.
After his call to the Bar, he worked as counsel in the Chambers of K.C. Ogodo & Co, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State (National Youth Service Corp, 2004-2005). He joined the law firm of Granville Abibo (SAN) & Co. in October 2005 where he has since risen to the position of a Senior Counsel and Deputy Head of Chambers. M.O. Dayi Esq. has special flare for civil and criminal litigation, debt recovery, election petition, appellate practice, corporate practice as well as acquisition and compensation matters, property consulting, oil and gas and maritime matters. He has attended several conferences, courses, seminars and workshops.
